Pen-Pencils
‘Do you really think it is a good idea?’
‘It is the best! Can't you see how exciting it will be ?’
‘Can’t we like just buy new ones at the shop?’
‘But this way we will be saving money and from that we could eat kurkure’
‘But i like Oyes’
‘Hmm..they are good too! Let's ask someone else too!’
I watched as two stupid little kids ran to ask someone else out to be a part of their silly little plan.
And the plan?
It's laughable and brings a silly smile to my face.
I really want to laugh aloud at their stupidity but me being me, I thought of another brilliant plan.
Let's join this stupidity.
Their plan was simple as I heard them talk about it,
They wish to collect pencil lead in the lead case you get when you buy a pen-pencil.
And no, they won't use a sharpener or anything to get the lead out of a normal wooden pencil..
But!
Try to find broken lead tip on the floors, rooms , anywhere they could find to fill the case to the brim.
*Trinnnn!*
Aaand..here goes the bell to tell us that lunch break is over.
Looks like we need to wait for tomorrow so that I could also join in the fun.
But that does not mean I can't become the part of the team today.
I thought things through as I walked towards our classroom.
*Yawn*
Really, how can they ask us to study after lunch? We are growing children. There should be a period for sleeping specifically.
As I entered the classroom at the end of the hallway, right beside the restrooms and computer room,
I searched for the lead collecting team.
Team? Yes team!
It is now a whole group of silly bunch trying to join up the gan-I mean team to fullfill their dream of saving money to eat kurkure or oyes.
Which could be brought with Five Rupees.
And I am going to join too.
Because why not?
It's so funny
And!
My eyes searched for another person for a moment to see that she was sitting quietly at her desk while taking a peek at the lead collecting team once in a while.
“Friend’s name” ( Author: I forgot her name today)
I called her with a pat on her shoulder.
“What?”
Does she always had to say this while giving me that deadpanned look, I am sure I aren't that annoying.
“Are you not going to join?”
“Join what?”
“In the fun, ofcourse” I said with my most annoying grin plastered on my face.
*Sigh*
She is so annoyed and so done.
But, she will still join.
And guys..
That's how I decided to join yet another entertaining series of fun with my silly classmates.
